1. Click the cogwheel on top right of the screen to open the Setup.
2. From the Setup, type Permission Sets in the Quick Find box and click Permission Sets.
3. Click the Permission Set you want to assign to user(s).
4. Click Manage Assignments.
5. Click Add Assignments.
6. Select the checkbox of the users you want to assign the Permission Set to.
7. Click Assign.
