I forgot my password, what do I do?

  1. In the Salesforce Login screen, click Forgot Your Password?.
  2. Enter your Salesforce username and click Continue.
  3. You have received an email that includes a link to reset your password. Open the link.
  4. In the new tab, answer your security question and click Continue.
  5. Enter and confirm your new password and click Change Password.
