- After you have received login credentials to Fingertip from the email address support@salesforce.org
- Follow the link, verify your password and create your secret question.
- Make note of the login credentials, as they will be needed when you login with your mobile and tablet later on.
N.B. We recommend to not activate a phone number to login to Fingertip with, as it may also affect your other Salesforce accounts unintentionally.
Follow these steps to log in to Fingertip on your smartphone using the Salesforce application.
- Install the mobile app, with the name Salesforce from App Store or Google Play. Please remember to update your Salesforce app frequently to ensure compatibility. Check that your mobile phone has the necessary operating system updates installed.
- Sign In with your mobile device with the same credentials as with your computer and accept notifications. You are required to verify your login with an email verification code.
