Sometimes, we may require access to your Salesforce/Fingertip org, so that we can investigate and assist you to the best of our ability.
Grant Fingertip Support access
- From any Fingertip/Salesforce page, click on your user icon in the top right corner.
- Select Settings
- In the left sidebar, navigate to My Personal Information | Grant Account Login Access.
- In the Grant Access To section, locate Fingertip Support. Using the dropdown, specify access duration for Fingertip.
- Click Save.
