How do I grant Fingertip Support access?

At Fingertip, we love to help our customers succeed. 

Sometimes, we may require access to your Salesforce/Fingertip org, so that we can investigate and assist you to the best of our ability.

Grant Fingertip Support access

  1. From any Fingertip/Salesforce page, click on your user icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Settings
  3. In the left sidebar, navigate to My Personal Information | Grant Account Login Access.
  4. In the Grant Access To section, locate Fingertip Support. Using the dropdown, specify access duration for Fingertip.
  5. Click Save.
